TOPNOTCH ALL THE WAY AROUND. I'm down state. I asked a friend who would they recommend for sending flowers local to Traverse City. They immediately suggested Lilies of the Alley. I told them how I was leary about ordering something that I wouldn't be able to see in person. They assured me that I couldn't go wrong with Lilies of the Valley. They were absolutely correct. I've ordered delivery four different times for four different occasions / reasons and each one has been a home run. Absolutely stunning and vibrant flowers. Each call has been with someone smiling on the phone. They are extremely patient and helpful. I tell them what the occasion is or what message I'm trying to convey and they have been on point each time. Even as far as giving helpful advice on what message is going on the card that accompanies the flowers. The recipient states: "The guy that dropped them off was really sweet". From what I understand the attention to detail of the card and the wrapping of the flowers is impressive. Vase options are just as excellent. I'm extremely impressed at such high-quality service and product. I have no hesitation when it comes to ordering flowers from Lilies of the Alley. 10

They paid attention to every detail, like making sure the wrap around my bouquet matched my husband’s suit and bridesmaid dresses. I needed to send two arrangements today to my cousins. I texted one of them asking for a recommendation of a good florist, she gave me this link. Little did she know until a few hours later she would be the recipient of one of these beautiful arrangements! Thank you Lilies of the LLEY FOR Taking such great care of my cousins today!!! They Loved the Flowers!!!

We definitely recommend this florist! Working with Libby was an absolute pleasure and we would work with her again. I gave her wedding inspiration photos and she was able to replicate everything exactly. She knew what flowers to use and summarized everything she was going use for our wedding ceremony and reception.
